Senior Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid (Toronto, ON) 2-3 days a week onsite.
Job Type: Contract - 3 months to start.
We’re seeking a Financial Business Analyst to provide financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis in support of a province-wide youth initiative.
This role will partner with leadership and external organizations on project accounting, variance analysis, and funding oversight. You’ll also lead process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and provide financial guidance to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Budget development, variance reporting, and project costing
Financial analysis and internal control enhancement
Stakeholder support (internal and external)
Financial reporting for government-funded programs
Requirements:
CPA designation an asset
Minimum 3 years of relevant financial experience
Strong Excel and reporting tool skills
Healthcare or nonprofit sector experience is an asset
Ability to manage deadlines and complex reporting
