Job Title: Solution Architect – Microsoft Dynamics 365
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 2 days onsite per week)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end architecture, integration, and delivery of enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy, scalability, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
Architect and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions, including integrations with Azure, Power Platform, and third-party systems
Translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
Define data migration strategies, data governance, and reusable architecture components
Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to design roadmaps and ensure solution consistency
Oversee DevOps pipelines, CI/CD practices, and testing standards
Contribute to vendor evaluations, RFP processes, and architecture review boards
Provide mentorship to technical and solution architects across the organization
Must-Have Skills:
7+ years of progressive experience in architecting and implementing enterprise-grade solutions, with 3+ years focused on Dynamics 365.
Proven experience with D365 with strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure services, and Dataverse.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure, Dataverse)
Experience in Agile and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work across multi-vendor environments and ensure governance standards
Proven ability to manage risk, scalability, and compliance in complex projects
Nice-to-Haves:
TOGAF, Microsoft Azure, or other relevant certifications
Experience in public sector, financial services, or regulatory environments
