Our non-profit client is seeking five (5) Donations Processing Clerks to support their team during the busy holiday season. This is a critical role that contributes directly to fundraising efforts by ensuring donations are processed quickly and accurately, and donors receive timely, professional service.
This position is fully on-site at their downtown Vancouver office, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–4:30pm. The initial contract is 2 months with the possibility of extension.
Candidates must be elligible to work in Canada.
Responsibilities:
Process incoming donations through the mail: sort, batch, scan, enter information into the system.
Answer inbound donor phone calls in a professional and courteous manner (no outbound solicitation).
Assist the team with administrative tasks, including mail-outs and seasonal projects.
Ensure donor data is accurately entered and maintained in the system (Raiser’s Edge).
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service.
Raiser’s Edge and Luminate Online experience considered an asset
Strong data entry speed and accuracy, with excellent attention to detail.
Professional and friendly phone manner, with strong customer service skills.
Tech-savvy, quick learner, able to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
Interest in social impact and fundraising is an asset, though not required
