Role Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Support Analyst - Yardi to join the Enterprise Solutions team, to meet the support needs of the various business units within our Yardi environment. Reporting to the IT Lead, Yardi support, this role is responsible for providing end user support for Yardi Voyager, its connected modules and monitor other connections to the ERP, linked systems (SIPP interfaces, task runners, etc.). The Yardi Support Analyst will fulfill service requests, troubleshoot reported incidents and monitor system health to provide efficient, reliable, effective support and escalate issues as necessary to established escalation points.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for all supported Yardi modules following ITIL practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve support requests and incidents as required.

  • Ensure solutions provided meet internal audit compliance requirements.

  • Validate accuracy and UAT for any scripts or packages provided.

  • Collaborate with the IT Lead, Yardi Support to escalate issues.

  • Collaborate with external vendors to implement long term solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to improve support interactions with internal stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities to provide long term solutions.

  • Creates and fosters a “customer centric” culture in all team interactions.

  • Assist in performing UAT for system upgrades.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting any or all of the following Yardi systems/modules: Yardi Voyager, Elevate, AB&F, Deal Manager, Payscan and other Yardi applications.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service desk support team or similar role.

  • Experience with Yardi’s Investment Accounting module (considered an asset).

  • Experience with Yardi’s core ETL function (considered an asset).

  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams.

  • Understanding of the real estate business and related general processes.

  • Detail-oriented with concise documentation skills.

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.

  • Proven ability to develop and sustain effective working relationships.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • SQL knowledge (considered an asset).

  • Facilitation and collaboration skills.

  • Adaptable to constant change.

  • Familiarity with ITIL practices, including change controls and UAT processes.

  • Familiarity with system integrations and understanding of data flows.

  • Ability to effectively allocate time, work under pressure, and manage tight deadlines, multiple demands, and competing priorities.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000.

The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
