Our client is seeking to hire an experienced and motivated Residential Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties. The ideal candidate will ensure the properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and financial objectives are met. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of residential properties, including single-family homes, apartments, or condominiums.
- Ensure properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained by coordinating regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Enforce lease agreements and community rules.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Manage tenant onboarding, lease renewals, and move-out processes.
- Foster a positive tenant experience to improve retention rates.
- Advertise available units through online platforms, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Conduct property showings, screen potential tenants, and manage the application process.
- Ensure units are leased promptly to minimize vacancies.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, including rent collection and expense tracking.
- Ensure timely collection of rent, security deposits, and other fees.
- Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to property owners.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations.
- Handle tenant disputes, evictions, and legal issues professionally and lawfully.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for each property.

Qualifications- Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
- Previous experience using Yardi.
- Strong knowledge of property management practices, leasing regulations, and maintenance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and meet financial targets.
