Job Title: Business Analyst (IT) – SAP Partner Enablement (T3)
We are looking for a Business Analyst (IT) to join our team in a partner-facing role, working closely with SAP Software Partners, ISVs, and System Integrators across North America. This role requires a strong technical foundation in ABAP (classic and cloud) and SAP BTP, with a particular focus on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition extensibility best practices. You will play a key role in guiding partners through clean core adoption, supporting extensibility initiatives, and ensuring smooth integration across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with SAP Software Partners, ISVs, and System Integrators to explain and advocate Clean Core extensibility and integration concepts.
- Assess and analyze ABAP add-ons and extensions, advising partners on clean core adoption strategies and roadmaps.
- Support integration certification activities, ensuring compliance and seamless interoperability of partner extensions.
- Apply technical expertise to resolve complex challenges, optimize performance, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Translate technical concepts into clear guidance for both technical and non-technical partner stakeholders.
- Research, innovate, and recommend solutions to address unique integration and extensibility challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong hands-on experience with ABAP (classic and cloud) and SAP BTP.
- Familiarity with ABAP tools and the Add-on Assembly Kit (AAK toolkit).
- Solid understanding of Clean Core principles and ABAP Extensibility best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse partner audiences.
