Bilingual Proposals Administrator
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days in office, 1 day WFH)
Salary:$60,000 - $65,000
Type: Full-time contract, strong potential to convert to permanent
About the Role
We are seeking a Bilingual Proposals Administrator to support a collaborative marketing and proposals team in Toronto. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys research, analysis, and organization, with the opportunity to grow into a long-term role.
The position focuses on conducting research, identifying opportunities, and supporting proposal efforts, while providing exposure to marketing strategy and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct targeted research to identify project opportunities through procurement portals (e.g., MERX, Ariba, Biddingo, Bids & Tenders).
Review and distribute RFX documentation (EOIs, RFPs, RFQs) to relevant stakeholders.
Monitor procurement portals for updates, amendments, and clarifications.
Track opportunities and maintain data within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Organize and maintain proposal libraries, dashboards, and supporting documentation.
Provide administrative and research support to the marketing/proposals team.
Contribute to bid and proposal writing as needed.
Qualifications
Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken, written, and reading).
1–2 years of experience in proposal administration, research, marketing, or proposal support.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to ask the right questions.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Comfortable working in a collaborative office environment.
Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics an asset).
Post-secondary education in business, marketing, administration, or related field is preferred
