Our client in the education sector located in Hamilton, is seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Sales Executive to join their team. This role is perfect for a go-getter who is passionate about building strong and lasting relationships while driving enrollment growth. You will represent our client both in person and online, engaging with prospective students and ensuring every interaction is professional, positive, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with students at various sites and events to promote the school and encourage enrollment.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective candidates and their families.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to guide students through the enrollment journey.
  • Utilize social media platforms and digital tools to connect with prospective candidates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated from campaigns, clicks, and online activity.
  • Travel regularly to different locations, including Ancaster, Stoney Creek, and Burlington, with occasional travel to London and Niagara Falls.
  • Track engagement activities and provide feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Represent our client with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.

About You

  • At least 2 years of experience working in sales/business development position.
  • Previous experience working in a sales/business development role within the education sector highly desired.
  • A customer-focused go-getter with a sales mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Passionate about building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Comfortable using social media and digital tools for outreach and engagement.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve targets.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to support engagement activities.
  • Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or student engagement is an asset.
