Salary: From $20.00 per Hour
 

Our client in the healthcare services industry is hiring for a Filing Clerk. This role involves supporting the finance department by digitizing records and performing tasks related to file management.

  • Location and work model: Fully on-site in Markham
  • Pay rate: $20 per hour
  • Schedule/hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Contract duration: 2 months, with a possibility of extension

Responsibilities

  • Pulling files for digitization
  • Scanning documents to email in PDF format
  • Renaming and organizing files into designated folders
  • Performing repetitive tasks related to file management

Requirements

  • Experience in administration or filing/scanning is preferred.
  • Knowledge of computers, scanners, and typing.
  • Willingness to complete a vulnerable sector check, as well as medical and criminal background checks
