The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the dentists and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for all patients. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist chairside during a wide range of clinical procedures with efficiency and professionalism Set up treatment rooms with all necessary instruments and materials to ensure smooth patient appointments Uphold the highest standards of infection prevention and sterilization in accordance with clinic protocols Provide compassionate, patient-centered care before, during, and after dental treatments Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting while effectively juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities Foster a collaborative, supportive environment by contributing positively to the team and stepping in where needed Successful candidates will have: Level II Dental Assistant Certification Able to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor Must have a professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills Must have a clean criminal record What's in it for you: Monday- Friday, day shift, hours may vary based on business needs Pay rate: $24-28/h based on experience After probation, a competitive total rewards package will be offered Let's connect!
