ERP Finance Analyst – Contract Opportunity
Location: Toronto, ON (hybrid, 3 days a week in office, 2 days WFH)
Contract: Full-time, Start date of October 6th, 2025| Duration: 1 year contract
We’re partnering with our client, a growing organization in the middle of an exciting ERP transformation, to find a Finance-focused ERP Analyst. If you love bridging the gap between finance and tech, and want to make a real impact on how systems support decision-making, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do:
Work with Finance and other teams to gather and translate business needs into ERP requirements
Help manage the ERP implementation timeline, testing, and data migration
Ensure system setup aligns with accounting standards, compliance, and internal processes
Support integrations with tools like payroll, budgeting, and fixed assets
Troubleshoot issues during testing and after go-live
Maintain clear documentation and support change management
Provide training to users and help drive system adoption
Create dashboards and reports to support financial planning and analysis
Configure ERP modules to support budgeting and forecasting
Align planning processes with ERP capabilities like cost center and profit center planning
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
5+ years working with ERP systems
Solid understanding of budgeting, reporting, GL, AP/AR, and finance workflows
Experience with ERP configuration, reporting, and data analysis
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with system integrations and data migration is a bonus
