We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Bilingual Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Owners of a well-established business in Ottawa. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with executives as they continue to grow and expand their operations.
About the Role
In this role, you will act as a trusted and right hand to the executives, managing their day-to-day schedules, handling confidential information, and ensuring their time is focused on what matters most. You will also coordinate travel, expenses, and events, while assisting with the preparation of presentations and documents.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Review and prepare presentations, reports, and proposals.
Process and reconcile credit card and expense reports.
Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the executives.
Maintain confidential files and manage both business and personal documentation.
Support event planning, including logistics, RSVPs, and materials.
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting C-level leaders.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); comfortable learning new software.
Bilingual in English and French (required)
Valid driver’s license (required).
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
