About the Role
We are seeking a technically skilled ERP Systems Specialist / Analyst to support the full implementation of a new ERP system. This individual will collaborate closely with IT, program leaders, and business managers to ensure accurate configuration, testing, and successful adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Develop project plans, timelines, and monitor progress.
Configure ERP systems to align with business processes.
Conduct data validation, system testing, and resolve issues.
Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and SOPs.
Train and support end-users through implementation and adoption.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage upgrades.
Support data integrations, reporting, and dashboard creation.
Ensure compliance with data integrity, security, and governance policies.
Support go-live, hyper-care, and continuous improvement activities.
Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, etc.).
Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, HR, or manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in SQL, reporting, and ERP configuration/customization.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
ERP certifications (Oracle, SAP) or formal training in ERP platforms.
Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management processes.
Experience with system integrations and data migration.
