Agilus is recruiting for a Program Manager - AI in the Financial Services in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario.
A net new Program Manager role within BMO Wealth that delivers a cutting edge AI workstream under a broader strategic program. This is separate from the Insurance initiative and focuses on advisor and client facing outcomes. Details are under NDA and will be shared during interviews.
A typical day:
• Drive planning and delivery for an AI workstream including scope, schedule, budget, and measurable outcomes
• Convert ambiguous ideas into clear epics, milestones, and success metrics tied to business value
• Orchestrate product, data science, engineering, architecture, risk, compliance, legal, security, privacy, and Wealth business stakeholders
• Run agile ceremonies, dependency management, and transparent reporting across multiple squads
• Manage vendors and internal platform dependencies across data, APIs, and production environments
• Partner with risk and model governance on privacy, security, explainability, bias testing, monitoring, and human in the loop controls
• Lead pilot design, launch readiness, telemetry, hypercare, and scale plans
• Prepare executive ready updates, decision options, and change management for adoption
Successful candidates will have:
• 8 or more years leading complex technology programs in financial services
• Proven delivery of analytics, machine learning, or AI powered products in production with measurable outcomes
• Strong command of agile at scale, dependency management, and executive reporting
• Working knowledge of data platforms, APIs, cloud, and model lifecycle concepts such as monitoring and drift
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices and enterprise controls across privacy, security, and model governance
• Vendor management experience including SOWs, performance measures, and budgets
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
