Our client is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to support a large-scale transformation project. This role focuses on creating engaging and accessible digital learning experiences.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and multimedia development to design eLearning modules and digital training assets that align with organizational goals.
This is a 1-year contract, hybrid out of (North York, Windsor, or Montreal).
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop eLearning modules and digital assets using Articulate 360.
- Apply instructional design methodologies
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define learning objectives.
- Translate complex content into clear, engaging, and learner friendly materials.
- Develop scripts, storyboards, assessments, and multimedia elements (graphics, animations, video).
- Ensure all learning materials meet accessibility standards and brand guidelines.
- Conduct testing and refine content based on feedback.
- Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Support the continuous improvement of digital learning strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in multimedia, digital learning, or eLearning development.
- Post-secondary education in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Education, or related field.
- Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
