Our valued Federal Government client is currently seeking a Google Cloud Architect to support with designing and implementing a modernized Google platform architecture, collaborating with stakeholders to align the modernization efforts with organizational goals, and maintaining documentation for the technical architecture framework and strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Modernize and update the Google Landing Zones
- Obtain iATO for new Google Landing Zone
- Submit evidence for SA&A
- Support the research of ways to adopt Machine Learning
- Transfer Google’s Firewalls to Next Generation Firewalls
- Support the Planning, management and transfer of firewalls used for the Google tenant to a NGFW solution.
- Document al changes and create support SOPs.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer/Architect
- 2+ years of experience architecting Google Cloud platforms for a large Public Sector organization of at least 5,000+ employees
- 2 or more valid GCP Certifications
- VALID Secret level Federal Clearance is required
Education
A relevant post-secondary degree/diploma is required
