Salary: From $35.00 to 38.00 per Hour
 

Our client, a dynamic real estate organization, is seeking a Leasing Coordinator for an interim assignment. This high-visibility role will support a senior VP by providing both administrative and analytical support across leasing activities, construction projects, budgets, and commissions. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, advanced in Excel, and experienced within real estate, property management, or leasing.

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension, located in Downtown Montreal (hybrid).

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain and update trackers for construction projects, budgets, leasing activities, renewals, and commissions.
  • Perform advanced Excel tasks including pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation, uploads, and downloads.
  • Monitor commission deltas and ensure accuracy of data.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and analytical support directly to the VP.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, trackers).
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or leasing strongly preferred.
  • Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working closely with senior leadership.
  • Bilingual in English and French (either language can be primary).

Notre client, une entreprise immobilière dynamique, est à la recherche d’un(e) coordonnateur(trice) à la location et au portefeuille pour un mandat intérimaire. Ce poste de grande visibilité offre l’occasion de soutenir directement un vice-président en fournissant un appui administratif et analytique dans les dossiers de location, les projets de construction, les budgets et les commissions. La personne recherchée possède un excellent souci du détail, une maîtrise avancée d’Excel et une expérience pertinente dans l’immobilier, la gestion immobilière ou la location.

Responsabilités:

  • Assurer la mise à jour et le suivi des projets de construction, des budgets, des activités de location, des renouvellements et des commissions.
  • Effectuer des tâches avancées dans Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules, manipulation de données, importation et exportation de fichiers).
  • Vérifier les écarts liés aux commissions et assurer l’exactitude des données.
  • Offrir un soutien administratif et analytique quotidien au vice-président.

Qualifications:

  • Excellente maîtrise d’Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules, analyse de données, suivis).
  • Expérience en immobilier, en gestion immobilière ou en location (atout important).
  • Sens du détail, autonomie, capacité d’adaptation et solides habiletés en organisation.
  • À l’aise de travailler en étroite collaboration avec la haute direction.
  • Bilinguisme français-anglais requis (l’une ou l’autre des langues peut être la langue principale).
