Our federal government client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Consultant to support strategic planning, analysis, and advisory services for a federal program. This role involves providing subject matter expertise, guiding decision-making, and ensuring deliverables meet high professional standards.

Tasks

• Conduct research, analysis, and provide strategic advice on business and program objectives.

• Develop reports, briefing notes, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.

• Lead consultations with stakeholders and synthesize input into actionable plans.

• Provide expertise in business process improvements, change management, and performance measurement.

• Support project teams with planning, risk management, and progress tracking.

• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and aligned with organizational priorities.

• Apply best practices and frameworks to support program and policy development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience as a Business Consultant.

• At least five (5) years of experience at a senior level providing strategic advice and business consulting services while working on contaminated sites projects.

• Demonstrated experience in business process review, performance measurement, and change management.

• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality written and verbal deliverables.

• University degree in business administration, commerce, economics, or a related field, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.

• Professional certifications (such as PMP, CBAP, PROSCI) considered an asset.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and within multidisciplinary teams.

• Fluency in English.
