About the Role
Our client is seeking a Contract Senior Analyst to join their Legal and Commercial Services team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will support the contract lifecycle end-to-end — from negotiation and drafting through to ongoing management — while providing strategic advice to maximize value and mitigate risk. This position will play a key role in enabling sales growth, protecting revenue, improving margins, and ensuring compliance with both client obligations and Accenture policy.
Key Responsibilities
Support contract management teams across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies.
Collaborate with account leadership, client stakeholders, and delivery teams to align on needs, priorities, and opportunities.
Assist in identifying, escalating, and resolving commercial and contract risks.
Provide support during pre-award sales activities, including deal shaping, contractual outcomes, and contract drafting.
Build trusted, client-facing relationships and represent the contract management function with professionalism.
Champion diversity, inclusion, and cross-cultural collaboration across the global organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 2 years of post-graduation professional work experience.
Membership in the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM), National Contract Management Association (NCMA), or other relevant professional certification is an asset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with executives and non-executives.
Collaborative, persuasive, and adaptable leader and team player.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
