Agilus is recruiting for a Bilingual Contracts Analyst in the Oil and Gas Industry in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta. The Bilingual Contract Analyst will work closely with Front Office, Legal, Insurance, Tax, Customs, Compliance, and Credit to draft sale and service agreements, review suppliers’ agreements, general terms & conditions, and amend and renew contracts. A typical day: Review and approve trade, ensuring entry of trades data are accurate and compliance with system and contract management process requirement Review and confirm counterparties’ trade confirmations Prepare company's trade confirmations Review transportation and operation related agreements File agreements, trade confirmations and any other contract related document as per Company's contract management policy and process Review and update contract management processes Provide necessary support to Contracts Manager Successful candidates will have: Bilingual: French/ English Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business administration or relevant experience 5-7 years related experience in contract management, preferably in commodity contract management Solid understanding of commodity contracts and delivery terms including Incoterm Drafting and negotiating contracts experience with a strong understanding of contractual risk and ability to interpret contract language Professional designation (CCM Practitioner) or any other contracts management related designation would be an asset ERP System, CLM System (icertis), Monday.com, MS Office and SharePoint experience Understand commercial insurance would be an asset Total rewards: Start Date: ASAP Location: Downtown, Calgary Great opportunity to work in a well recognize oil and gas company Monday to Friday (hybrid) 12-months contract position with a high chance of extension Ready!
