Job Title: Loan Analyst

Work Model: Hybrid (one week in office/one remote)
Overview
We are seeking a Loan Analyst to support one of our clients in their Loan Administration team. This role involves monitoring and maintaining customer credit information within internal systems, administering loan documentation, and ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the loan lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proven experience in corporate banking loan administration, and a solid understanding of loan systems.
Key Responsibilities
Verify that customer loan applications and transactions comply with policies, procedures, and approved credit lines.
Review and process credit applications in internal systems, ensuring end-to-end workflow for deal booking and funding.
Interpret loan documentation to confirm compliance with approved credit facilities before and after fund disbursement.
Prepare and input Loan IQ templates for new customers, deals, and facilities.
Monitor incoming notices from Agent Banks and reconcile interest/fee notices for syndication facilities.
Prepare tickets for daily loan transactions and process entries in the loan system.
Perform administrative, filing, and data maintenance tasks within the department.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree (or high school diploma with relevant experience).
3–5 years of corporate banking loan administration experience.
Strong ability to interpret credit agreements and related documentation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Loan IQ experience strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
