Agilus is recruiting for a QE Manager in the Insurance Sector in a hybrid work environment in Waterloo, Ontario. Responsibilities: Lead test management activities across multiple projects. Develop and propose automation strategy in collaboration with vendors. Drive process improvements and build strong stakeholder relationships. Create and execute test plans, ensuring coverage and quality. Contribute to strategic decisions in automation tooling and frameworks. Requirements: Test Management Experience – Proven ability to lead and create testing processes and teams. Automation Strategy Expertise – Experience implementing automation strategies; Tosca preferred. PNC Insurance Domain Knowledge – Deep understanding of PNC insurance processes and systems. Experience with Guidewire is nice to have. Further additional qualifications: Manage testing resources (FTEs and vendors) and ensure alignment with project goals.
