Our public sector client is seeking experienced Scrum Masters to support high-profile digital transformation projects. This is a leadership position requiring deep agile expertise, proven delivery in complex project environments, and exceptional facilitation and coaching skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams in agile principles, policies, and practices.
• Facilitate all key agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Coach teams on agile delivery methods, including estimation, sprint commitments, and dependency management.
• Work closely with product owners to support backlog prioritization, release planning, reporting, and road-mapping.
• Identify and remove impediments that impact sprint commitments and delivery of product features.
• Track and report on delivery metrics, including sprint burndown, velocity, and backlog progress.
• Promote alignment between product owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful achievement of sprint goals.
• Participate in user research and usability testing as part of digital service delivery activities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency.

Must-Have Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting agile delivery teams.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the Public Sector.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Proven track record facilitating agile ceremonies and guiding cross-functional teams in digital delivery projects.
• Experience with agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
