The Role
The Manager, Collections Technology Projects is responsible for working with key technology and business partners to manage and deliver on small to medium size technology-related projects hands on, from conception and funding to delivering and monitoring.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
• Contribute to the development of the short term and longer term business plans for Canada Collections by executing collection system changes aligned with the technology roadmap
• Ensure the delivery of best-in class customer service fostering an environment that promotes agile, flexible and timely operational efficiencies, while mitigating the bank’s risk by identifying and assessing opportunities to streamline or improve procedures and replace with more efficient customer centric processes and procedures that will enhance customer experience.
• Contribute to the effective functioning of the team by actively participating in consultations with partners and takes initiative in identifying process enhancements that drive increased efficiencies within the unit as a subject matter expert for the collection system.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners by collaborating on project deliverables and working with a diverse working group, with varying expertise and job levels; and Building good working relations with vendors and technology partners, as applicable.

• Working knowledge of retail credit products and consumer credit lifecycle
• Knowledge of business analysis / multi-project timelines and tools
• Effective and proven relationship building, strategic influencing, and change leadership skills
• Good knowledge of MS applications (Word, Excel, Project, Powerpoint)
• 2+ years’ experience working in a highly technology complex environment
• 2+ years’ experience in managing small to medium size projects
• Strong communication/presentation skills, written and verbal
