The incumbent will be responsible for certain data and limit management activities in support of Corp/FI Credit adjudication units.  In collaboration with stakeholders (i.e., CCRA Analysts, Credit Officers and Banking Officers), the CCRA Fulfillment Officer will ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.  This is processed via the Bank’s business support tools [e.g. Clens, C360, SDR, et al]..

 

 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Ensure credit data base (and credit portals) captures accurately the authorizations provided by Credit on a timely basis.  Safeguard the integrity of the database by ensuring consistent and accurate input for each request. For IB & Commercial portfolio, Fulfillment Officer assigned ensures that the data input in C360 is accurate as per authorized Credit Presentation.
  • Ensure consistency between the authorization document and the final data CLens/C360 for IB/Commercial entities) input changes before final release into the system, if applies.
  • Proactively looking for ways to improve efficiencies within the unit as well as with partners whom we interact.
  • Support the Analysts (and/or management) only periodically when workload escalates (e.g. C360/CLens adhoc tasks, Log updates, cross portfolio coverage, projects, et al).
  • Perform functions as assigned by management: 
    • - Reporting reviews (e.g. Bids, N/R, Scorecard, Dashboard, C360 Milestones Report, et al);
    • - Data Clean-up;
    • - CLens/C360 Support;
    • - Preparation of Management reports or any data mining requirements; and
    • - Other projects (e.g. data reconciliation, et al).
  • Additional ad hoc responsibilities/tasks as assigned by management.

 

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • Solid understanding of internal Bank lending policies, practices and procedures
  • Good organizational skills, as well as the ability to perform multiple priorities while maintaining high quality work
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and proficiency with the English language
  • Ability to perform effectively in a team
  • Demonstrates understanding of the financial services industry and the different financial products environment.
  • Proficiency in word processing and data mining/spreadsheet applications of standard software packages - Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge in VBA/macros and AI.
