A typical day:
Partner with senior leaders to understand business challenges and provide strategic recommendations
Lead strategy and design work on multiple transformation initiatives, often moving between two or three projects in parallel
Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations and narratives that distill complex insights into executive-ready recommendations
Analyze and interpret data in Excel and analytics platforms to uncover trends and guide decision-making
Collaborate across business and technology stakeholders to ensure initiatives align with broader organizational goals
Support martech-related projects, leveraging tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Salesforce
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to transformation discussions
Successful candidates will have:
10+ years of experience in banking, ideally within Wealth Management; insurance knowledge is an asset
Proven expertise in digital transformation with a focus on strategy, design, and advisory rather than execution
Strong ability to create executive-ready presentations and communicate recommendations effectively in PowerPoint
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and demonstrated experience deriving insights from data
Familiarity with martech and analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Salesforce
Background in process optimization, client segmentation, and customer acquisition/nurture journeys
Understanding of Six Sigma or similar optimization methodologies is an asset
