Salary: From 100 to 120 per Hour
 

We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to lead the end-to-end release lifecycle for a major enterprise Agile initiative. This is a high-impact role where you will coordinate across multiple teams and technical platforms, ensuring successful and compliant releases in a complex environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead release planning, readiness, execution, and post-release reviews across multiple Agile teams.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive release calendar and roadmap.

  • Establish and evolve governance processes, release gates, and compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, DevOps, QA, and Infrastructure teams.

  • Manage risks, dependencies, and issues across releases.

  • Provide guidance on best practices in Agile/DevOps release management.

  • Support continuous improvement of release management processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in Release Management, with 3+ years in Agile/DevOps environments.

  • ITIL certification (V4 preferred).

  • SAFe or other Agile certification.

  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps tools, and release automation.

  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow, or similar tools.

  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
