Our established client, a boutique Wealth Management firm in Downtown Toronto, is seeking a full-time Client Service Administrator to join their team. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, immediate benefits, and the chance to join a friendly team and a great company culture!
Roles and Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support to Portfolio Administrators and Portfolio Managers
-Assist with account opening
-Assist with transfers
-Maintain and update the client database
-Client correspondence/answer inquiries
-Project support
-Report preparation
-Meeting coordination
-Occasional backup reception
-Other related administrative tasks as required
Qualifications and Skills
-Must have a post-secondary Degree or Diploma
-Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience within Wealth Management/Financial Services/Banking/Investment
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (or working towards this) is strongly preferred
-Must have experience with new account openings and asset transfers
-Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must have strong client service skills
-Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-Must be proficient in Excel
-Experience using CRMs is preferred
