Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Mississauga
Duration: 12-15 month contract
Our client, a global leader in advanced fabrication technology and gas control solutions, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their Mississauga team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, written correspondence) and provide timely resolutions.
Manage order entry, returns, credits, and quotes while ensuring accuracy.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve product or service issues.
Provide product knowledge, including features and benefits, to support customer needs.
Maintain compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001) and uphold a customer-first mindset.
Take ownership of results, meeting service standards and performance targets.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and enhance the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of customer service or related experience.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience working with large or major accounts is an asset.
Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
A proactive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
