Senior Project Document Controller Opportunity Open!
Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Project Document Controller in the Energy Sector in Calgary, Alberta.

A typical day:
Lead document control activities across internal teams and external contractors, ensuring alignment with project execution strategies.
Manage document numbering and master registers, including squad checks and distribution matrixes.
Monitor and reconcile documentation between internal EDMS and external platforms used by contractors (EPs).
Handle document submittals and requests, including managing the central mailbox and FTP clean-up.
Edit, log, and issue transmittals for various document types (DRs, EWPs, regulatory, engineering, contractor, internal).
Upload and audit documents for accuracy and compliance with control processes and retention standards.
Generate weekly and monthly reports, maintain project logs, and ensure ongoing quality control of EDMS.
Support project teams with document retrieval and provide updates on documentation status, issues, and resolutions.
You are:
3+ years of experience in Document Control
Ability to think and act proactively in fast-paced environments
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe PDF; experience with FTP sites and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) is an asset

$50.00 hourly
Competitive pay: Up to $50/hour, reflecting your senior-level expertise
Hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office (downtown Calgary), 1 day WFH
6-month contract to start, with strong potential for extension
