Altis Technology is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our clients Service Management Platform team for a 1-year contract. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams, the Facilities department, and external vendors to design, develop, and integrate ServiceNow solutions that enhance service delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Facilities and third parties to create new portals and catalog forms in ServiceNow.
Develop APIs to enable secure bi-directional communication between ServiceNow and third-party solutions.
Establish integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, updating documentation accordingly.
Enhance ServiceNow forms, catalogs, and workflows to improve user experience.
Create and manage ServiceNow epics and user stories, maintaining detailed technical documentation.
Develop and manage technical project plans, including milestones and status reporting.
Support seamless transition from development to operations in collaboration with the support team.
Provide technical guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate progress, issues, and decisions effectively to project teams and leadership.
Required Qualifications
University degree or college diploma in business administration, statistics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Developer in ServiceNow implementations.
Proven expertise with ServiceNow portals, catalog forms, and APIs.
Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
