Altis Recruitment is grateful to partner with an organization within the Broader Public Sector to support the recruitment of a Cornerstone HR Platform Implementation and Process Specialist. This opportunity will support the implementation and optimization of the organization's Cornerstone HR software platform. The successful candidate will focus on aligning the platform’s configuration with their existing processes, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and supporting their HR and departmental managers during rollout.
You will work closely with their project lead to ensure a smooth transition and effective adoption of the system.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the project lead to configure and optimize Cornerstone to align with existing HR and departmental processes.
Develop clear, practical SOPs for both managers and employees to guide system use.
Support system administration, including uploading data, testing features, and troubleshooting issues.
Participate in weekly calls with Cornerstone’s support team to track progress and address configuration needs.
Conduct or assist with one-on-one training sessions for managers and staff post-rollout.
Monitor adoption, identify process improvements, and make necessary adjustments in the platform.
Ensure all documentation and guides remain accurate and up-to-date throughout implementation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience implementing or administering Cornerstone and supporting HR functions within the platform.
Strong understanding of HR workflows and process alignment within software platforms.
Ability to write clear, user-friendly SOPs and training materials.
Experience with system configuration, data uploads, and troubleshooting.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable working with remote teams and liaising with tech support.
