Role Description

The Manager, Brand Management and Graphic Design is critical to the success of our corporate brand management and creative delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for the development and execution of a best-in-class marketing and design, with a strong background in visual and interactive design, and an eye for details. A leader and practitioner, this role will report to the Chief Communications Officer and has the overall responsibility for supporting the organisation in delivering a cohesive brand across our portfolio and mastering content design and delivery.

This individual will show initiative, find innovative ways and means to collaborate and must be able to build strong relationships across the organization to implement consistent, compelling, and coordinated brand activities for QuadReal.

You Will:

  • Prepare an annual strategic marketing and content plan outlining short and long-term activities for all aspects of the corporate brand including, including digital and social media.

  • Concept, iterate, and implement branding and visual direction across a range of cross-channel experiences. Help grow the brand visual identity system to ensure it meets the growing organizational and user needs.

  • Maintain and oversee brand guidelines and applications (e.g. art, colour themes, photographs, web pages), audio and video to support the organization’s image, identity and brand. Oversee the application of QuadReal corporate branding through property level activities.

  • Actively design and develop a variety of solutions for organizational campaigns and initiatives – this may include print, digital, email, social media, events, and video – as well as maintains the organizations graphic standards, techniques and methods.

  • Actively work with photographers to assist with new concepts and photo editing, such as retouching and cropping images.

  • Manage all phases of creative work from concept through completion, including creative strategy, design development, and digital file preparation.

  • Establishes and maintains the organization’s website and digital graphic standards, and identifies new technologies and techniques to support an innovative organization

  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues on the implementation and expression of the brand across all marketing, operational, and internal development initiatives.

  • Lead the ideation and design of projects from start to finish.

  • Work hands-on within a fast-paced iterative environment.

  • Help foster an environment for collaboration by partnering with business and other creative team members to align visual design approach with project goals and the brand.

You Have:

  • A seasoned creative with a minimum of 10 years of experience in graphic design and delivery

  • Hands-on experience in design and digital at an agency or in-house team

  • Advanced understanding of visual identity systems, hierarchy, typography, aesthetics, illustration, photography, and composition

  • Experience working with brand-level design systems and development of marketing strategies across channels

  • Innovative conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Pixel perfect attention to detail is required

  • You have a solid understanding of UI design principles and best practices

  • Mastery of industry standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere) and Figma.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities

  • Motion design and photography experience

  • Ability to work across channels and with partners to deliver campaigns and activities for a global audience.

  • A willingness to share different perspectives to contribute to new ways to go beyond expectations.

  • Entrepreneurial approach, comfort with ambiguity, and a sense of humour
