Duties: Adhere to the NSCN Standards for Nursing Practice and the Code of Ethics Always take responsibility for your own professional practice, ensuring it aligns with relevant laws, ethical standards, and professional guidelines Provide attentive care and support to patients and families who need additional time, services, or assistance, ensuring their unique needs are met with empathy and respect Works diligently to diagnose, order and interpret tests, prescribe prescriptions, and preform procedures as necessary Support patients through intentional program planning, thoughtful building design, and effective resource allocation to enhance their care experience and outcomes Work in close collaboration with Physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support NSH patients Requirements: Must be a qualified Nurse Practitioner Must have precise time management and organizational skills and must be able to solve conflicts in a professional manner Effective written and oral communication skills as well as Critical thinking and decision-making skills Ability to exceed service needs and expectations Previous experience working as a Nurse Practitioner will be considered a strong asset What's in it for you: Full time opportunity with full benefits after 3 months Pay starting at $55.75/hr and up depending on experience Supportive team culture and leadership that listens Working in a brand new facility We want to connect with you!
