Our large manufacturing client is seeking an ERP Project Manager to join a dynamic Transformation Management Office and help revolutionize business operations through technology, systems, data, and automation.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of multiple projects within a major ERP transformation program—ensuring delivery on scope, cost, schedule, and quality. You’ll partner with senior leadership to guide teams, align stakeholders, and drive projects from strategy to successful go-live.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent projects within a large-scale ERP transformation.
- Define objectives, priorities, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and budgets while keeping communication clear and transparent.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve challenges, manage interdependencies, and assess project health.
- Plan and oversee stage gates, quality assurance, and performance reviews.
- Drive change management and transition projects into business-as-usual operations.
- Travel within North America as required.
What You Bring
- University degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- PMP or Prince2 certification (Change management certification is a plus).
- 10+ years of experience delivering complex, enterprise-wide ERP and related technology projects, ideally in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in multiple delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAFE), with a focus on agile, customer-centric value delivery.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, MES, Supply Chain, and Financial Systems (Enterprise Architecture/Data Governance is an asset).
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
