Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Implementation Manager / monday.com Consultant to oversee ongoing managed service projects and support a portfolio of 10–20 accounts. You will independently manage relationships, dedicating up to 30 billable hours per week to delivering hands-on implementation services—including strategy, build-out, training, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 10–20 active accounts, ensuring all project milestones are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Conduct discovery sessions to assess needs and translate them into tailored monday.com solutions.
Build and configure custom workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations.
Lead strategy sessions, provide training, oversee account governance and permissions, and deliver ongoing support.
Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining proactive communication and excellent customer service.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, escalating internally as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Track and document project progress to ensure deliverables align with scope and expectations.
Qualifications
Proven expertise with monday.com, including advanced workflow design, automations, and integrations.
3+ years in project management, implementation, or consulting in a client-facing role.
Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Experience delivering training and producing user documentation.
Familiarity with related platforms (Make.com, Zapier) is an asset.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
