Notre produit final n’est donc pas un rapport, mais plutôt le résultat de notre collaboration avec le client, lorsque nous mettons en application son contenu. Après avoir obtenu votre MBA et peut-être même après quelques années d’expériences dans une fonction commerciale, vous désirez transformer vos connaissances en résultats commerciaux. En tant qu’associée principale ou associé principal chez Partners in Performance, ces résultats pourraient avoir un impact significatif sur plusieurs des plus grandes entreprises mondiales.
Cette fonction combinera analyse et résultats de manière stimulante, vous permettant de vous développer tout en bénéficiant du soutien et du mentorat de vos collègues de Partners in Performance. Une fois que les recommandations fondées sur votre analyse ont été approuvées, vous pourrez vous attendre à travailler avec des clients, de l'atelier à la haute direction, pour les aider à réaliser ces recommandations. Qu’il s’agisse d’améliorer les processus, d’optimiser la chaîne logistique ou de transformer les services administratifs, vous contribuerez à transformer vos recommandations en résultats pour vos clients.
