Our federal Government client is seeking a Senior HR Planning Consultant to provide Strategic HR Planning learning sessions to the client's employees to enhance their understanding of HR planning. This is a remote 6-month contract.

Tasks (including but not limited to)

• Develop and administer Learning and Development material on Strategic HR Planning
• Deliver 12 virtual learning sessions on Strategic HR Planning

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering learning and development information sessions to learners within the public service.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in providing or guiding strategic HR support and advice within the public service
• Minimum of 15 years of experience delivering learning and development SHRP information sessions to learners within the public service.
• Bilingual (English and French)
• No security clearance is required
