Agilus is recruiting for an Engineering & Technology Manager in the Engineering & Construction Industry in Edmonton, Alberta. Our client is an industry leader in engineered containment solutions for industrial applications, specializing in geomembrane systems and Concrete Protective Liner (CPL) for tank farms and other large-scale containment projects. Their Edmonton division is growing, and they are looking for a senior-level Mechanical Engineer (P.Eng.) to join them as the Engineering & Technology Manager. Responsibilities: Lead engineering design and review for large industrial containment projects. Stamp technical drawings and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. Manage construction projects from inception to completion, typically $2M+. Mentor and supervise a team of EITs and CETs Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver on time and on budget. Conduct occasional site visits (approx. 5% travel). Requirements: Mechanical Engineering background with a Professional Engineering designation 10+ years’ experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong industrial construction background Proven experience managing large industrial construction projects. Practical, hands-on approach — comfortable bridging design work with field implementation. Industry experience in tank farms, geomembranes, or CPL is highly preferred.
