Our client, a growing leader in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring at their Mississauga facility.
This role focuses on recruiting both skilled and entry-level hourly talent across production, assembly, and warehouse functions.
Location: Mississauga, ON - Fully onsite 5 days
Employment Type: Full-time Contract (until end of year)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for hourly roles such as assemblers, machine operators, material handlers, and maintenance techs
Collaborate with plant leadership and HR to prioritize hiring needs
Source candidates via job boards, referral programs, text recruiting tools, and local outreach
Build pipelines through partnerships with trade schools and employment centers
Support and coordinate onsite job fairs, hiring events, and same-day interview/offer initiatives
Screen applicants for basic qualifications and maintain accurate records in the ATS
Assist with onboarding logistics and provide general recruiting administrative support
What You Bring:
1–3 years’ experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR support—ideally in a manufacturing or high-volume setting
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Familiarity with job boards, ATS tools, and mobile recruiting platforms
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
