Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Imaging Specialist 1 to join our team in a light industrial environment. This role is primarily a seated task that involves constant use of upper extremities, particularly for keyboard-related tasks. The Imaging Specialist will work across four main components: Scanning, Quality Control, Release/Index, and Light Material Handling.
Location: 70 Talman Court, Concord, ON, Canada (97360)
Shift: Other (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $17.35/hour
Start Date: August 13, 2025
Duration: 3 Months (with potential for Temp-to-Perm based on performance)
Work Schedule:
Standard: 5 days/week
Daily Hours: 9 hours/day
Breaks: Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks
Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Note: Evening and 3rd shifts may be required depending on assignment
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scanning (Approximately 20% Standing / Primarily Seated)
Operate high-volume scanners to process documents
Load prepped sheets into scanners (individually or in small batches)
Maintain original document order when returning to boxes
Clean and troubleshoot scanning equipment as needed
2. Quality Control (Primarily Seated – 10%)
3. Release/Index (Primarily Seated – 10%)
Essential Functions & Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus in repetitive tasks
Must be comfortable with extended computer use and high data input volume
Ability to operate, clean, and troubleshoot scanners and related equipment
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow strict document handling procedures
Must wear presentable and appropriate attire for a professional work environment
