We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Mail and Print Clerk to support our client in London, ON. This role involves hands-on operation of high-speed print and mail equipment, quality control, administrative audits, and customer service in a fast-paced production environment.

-Duration: 6 months
-Work model: Fully onsite
-Shift Work: Shift work is required on a rotating basis (day and evening)
Key responsibilities include:
- Operate high-speed digital printers and mail machines
- Handle finishing tasks (cutting, folding, stapling, etc.)
- Follow standard procedures and work instructions
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and presentation standards
- Log technical issues using the incident tracking system
- Conduct basic maintenance and coordinate with vendors for equipment support
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Monitor shared inboxes for print/mail requests
- Audit output to fulfill reporting requirements
- Manage supply inventory and reorder as needed
- Keep the work area clean and well-organize
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ideally 1-2 years of work experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access etc.)
- Comfortable working in a busy high-volume work environment
