Job Title: Bilingual Relocation Advisor (French + English)
Location: Onsite – Ottawa, Ontario
Security Requirement: Enhanced Security Clearance (provided by the Government of Canada)
Pay rate: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday with rotating monthly shifts:
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (EST)
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)
- 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (EST)
Relocation Support & Communication:
Provide comprehensive relocation assistance to transferees via email, phone, and live chat, addressing inquiries related to benefits, entitlements, expense management, and use of the secure relocation portal.
Planning & Advisory Sessions:
Conduct 30-minute planning sessions (via phone or video) tailored to different move types including Initial Assignment, On Assignment, Domestic, Unaccompanied, and First Moves. Deliver clear explanations of relevant policies, procedures, and expense guidance.
Expense Management:
Review, manage, and process relocation expenses, including cash advance requests and expense reimbursement claims, ensuring timely and accurate handling in accordance with policy.
Documentation & Case Management:
Maintain accurate and detailed case notes for each transferee interaction within their relocation file, ensuring consistency, traceability, and compliance with service standards.
Administrative & Operational Support:
Perform various administrative duties to support overall Contact Centre operations, contributing to process efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Be bilingual (English/French), which is highly advantageous.
