Our client in the Non-Profit space is hiring for a part time Finance Administrator to join their team on a 2 month contract. This part time Finance Administrator will join a small finance team and provide immediate support with data entry and accounting system migration. This is a great opportunity for someone with entry-level experience in finance or accounting who is eager to learn and contribute in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
This position is working in a part time model, working 3 days per week onsite in Ottawa. This is working 24 hours per week in total.
The role is part of a two-person finance department and is essential in supporting a transition from Sage to QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities
Enter financial data into QuickBooks
Assist with data migration from Sage to QuickBooks
Support general finance and administrative tasks as needed
