We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized SCM Admin / Admin Data Entry professional to support our Supply Chain Management team. Agilus is recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator in the Oil and Gas Industry in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records, supporting procurement and logistics processes, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the SCM department. A typical day: This role is to work on a project uploading contracts into their new software tool, Levelpath AI Drag and drop tool, then the AI will scan/enter info from the contract into the new system Looking over the AI entered contracts and ensuring all the information is accurate Entering any missing data Meeting strict turnaround and deadline dates Attending weekly progress meetings to update management on your progress Successful candidates will have: 2+ years of experience handling data entry and contracts Data transference experience is preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Any experience with SAP or Workday is preferred Available for the full duration of the contract Total rewards: 6 weeks contract position (chance of extension depending on workload) Start date: ASAP Pay rate: $30 - $40 (depending on relevant experience) Great opportunity to work in the oil and gas industry Location: Downtown Schedule: Monday to Friday, either 8:30am to 5pm or 8am to 4:30pm Work model: hybrid
