Product Analyst (3 Openings – Online Digital & Lending Solutions Domains)
Location: ideally Hybrid – Regina, SK (2–3 days/week onsite in Regina preferred)
Remote Consideration: Other Canadian locations may be considered
Start Date: August 18, 2025
End Date: July 31, 2026 with possible extension
Major Responsibilities
Create, manage, and resolve user stories in JIRA.
Coordinate releases in production and ITE.
Evaluate and develop business requirements.
Monitor development to ensure standards compliance and maintainability.
Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
Document and execute user story acceptance testing.
Provide support on user stories and solutions to team members.
Investigate, analyze, and respond to incidents.
Facilitate solution negotiations between business and IT stakeholders.
Ensure high-quality development and product readiness before each increment release.
Required Skills (Must-Have)
- Attention to detail, curious, experience working in agile, ability to understand different viewpoints of stakeholders
- Facilitate problem and solution negotiation between multiple business and IT stakeholders
- Relationship-builder and collaborator able to understand the needs of our client’s employees
