Product Analyst (3 Openings – Online Digital & Lending Solutions Domains)

Location: ideally Hybrid – Regina, SK (2–3 days/week onsite in Regina preferred)
Remote Consideration: Other Canadian locations may be considered
Start Date: August 18, 2025
End Date: July 31, 2026 with possible extension


Major Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and resolve user stories in JIRA.

  • Coordinate releases in production and ITE.

  • Evaluate and develop business requirements.

  • Monitor development to ensure standards compliance and maintainability.

  • Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.

  • Document and execute user story acceptance testing.

  • Provide support on user stories and solutions to team members.

  • Investigate, analyze, and respond to incidents.

  • Facilitate solution negotiations between business and IT stakeholders.

  • Ensure high-quality development and product readiness before each increment release.


Required Skills (Must-Have)

  • Attention to detail, curious, experience working in agile, ability to understand different viewpoints of stakeholders
  • Facilitate problem and solution negotiation between multiple business and IT stakeholders
  • Relationship-builder and collaborator able to understand the needs of our client’s employees
  • Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes
  • Detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for building great products

Nice-to-Have

  • Previous experience working in a financial institution.


Important Note

Ideal candidates will have a hybrid profile of business analysis and hands-on testing experience. This combination is critical for requirement gathering, solution validation, and seamless product delivery.
