Agilus is recruiting for an Overnight Assembly Operator in the Life Sciences Industry in Ottawa, Ontario. As an Assembly Component Operator, you are responsible for overseeing the proper function of assembly lines. The ideal candidate for this role has technical abilities, is detail oriented, and has great time management. Responsibilities: Responsible for all actions required in the operation of the Klockner machine to producecalibration packs (calpaks) according to established policies and procedures Evaluate quality and productivity problems to minimize defects and maximize throughout Make required material changes in a timely manner to minimize lost processing time Record accurate, legible data in a timely manner at all points in the process, in accordance withdocumented procedures and GMP standards and practices Requirements: High School Diploma, minimum requirement (WES Evaluation required if education has been obtained outside of Canada) Previous experience in manufacturing is an asset Strong detail oriented skills, an aptitude for quality is preferred Further additional qualifications: Strong communication Ability to follow precise instructions with minimal guidance Total compensation: $24.17 hourly 10% premium (included in displayed rate) 4% in lieu of vacation Weekly pay Opportunities for growth and development Recognition—feedback regarding performance and areas needing improvement, employee recognition programs
