We are thrilled to be partnered with a growing healthtech platform on a mission to make healthcare fast, transparent, and accessible. This innovative start-up is expanding into Canada and is seeking a strategic and operationally minded Provider Success Manager to support healthcare providers.
This role is the key liaison between the sales and marketing team, and our growing Canadian provider network, enabling physicians, nurse practitioners, and other licensed clinicians to launch and scale successful, tech-enabled practices on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective clinicians, communicate the company's model clearly (especially the uninsured/direct-pay positioning), and guide them through signup.
Identify in-demand specialties and care models aligned with regional needs (e.g., walk-in-style virtual clinics, mental health support, minor urgent care).
Deliver an efficient, tech-supported onboarding experience—including digital profile setup, virtual care readiness, and professional liability (malpractice) navigation aligned with Canadian standards.
Educate new providers on how to build sustainable, direct-to-patient practices using the platform's tools and marketplace strategies.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to continuously improve the provider experience.
Ensure compliance with Ontario’s regulatory frameworks, including College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) telemedicine guidelines and local standards for virtual care delivery.
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare operations, practice management, or provider enablement—especially in primary care, telehealth, or multi-provider environments.
Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system, with a focus on private/direct-pay markets, virtual care regulations, and professional liability coverage (e.g., CMPA or HIROC).
CRM experience.
Bonus: Experience working in direct primary care, concierge medicine, or healthcare startups in Canada.
