We are thrilled to be partnered with a growing healthtech platform on a mission to make healthcare fast, transparent, and accessible. This innovative start-up is expanding into Canada and is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Manager to support provider adoption of our healthcare platform in the Canadian market.
This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in Canada’s healthcare system—particularly private and supplemental care—and a passion for expanding access to uninsured, out-of-pocket services.
You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, cultivating relationships with clinics and healthcare providers, and contributing to the growth of our provider network across provinces.
Key Responsibilities
Implement regional sales plans targeting private clinics, specialty groups, family practices, and wellness providers offering direct-pay or uninsured services.
- Support initiatives in telehealth, urgent care, diagnostics, wellness, and non-government-insured services.
Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective healthcare partners.
Maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach activities, and ensure follow-up on qualified leads.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through direct outreach, demos, and ongoing relationship management.
Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers such as clinic managers, practice owners, and physician groups.
Educate potential partners on the platform's value—improved patient access, streamlined booking, and revenue generation.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to onboarding handoff.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within healthcare, healthtech, or digital platforms in Canada.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
Understanding of Canadian healthcare systems and supplemental/private-pay services (OHIP, etc.).
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic sales reporting.
