Our client, a leading Canadian wealth management firm, is seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive/Personal Assistant to support a private family office. This dynamic role combines household management, executive support, travel planning, and project coordination. Ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
This is a hybrid position, located in Ottawa, ON.
Responsibilities: - Manage calendars, appointments, and family schedules
- Oversee household logistics, property maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Plan travel, events, and handle last-minute changes
- Support property development projects and special initiatives
- Track expenses, manage invoices, and provide personal concierge support
Qualifications:- 3+ years in a similar EA/PA role, preferably with HNW families
- Strong tech skills (Google Workspace) and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication, discretion, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
